摘　　要：文中结合典型案例的分析,通过对提货担保业务风险点的揭示,从客户资格审查、贸易背景和业务办理流程等方面讨论了银行如何防范提货担保风险。By analyzing some typical cases, this paper reveals the risk points of the business of delivery against bank guarantee, and discusses how to prevent the risk from the following aspects： client＇s qualification examination, trade background, business process and so on.
