烧伤瘢痕癌的治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤后瘢痕癌的临床特点与治疗方法。方法回顾性分析近12年来,我院收治11例瘢痕癌患者的临床资料。结果 11例均属慢性瘢痕癌,其中：溃疡型4例,菜花型7例;除1例头皮瘢痕癌外,其余患者的移植皮片或皮瓣100%成活,2例截肢伤口Ⅰ期愈合。8例患者分别于术后6个月-5年获得随访,1例于术后6个月因颅内转移死亡;1例于术后5年死于其他疾病;1例足跟部瘢痕癌于术后4个月复发,并侵蚀跟骨,行小腿中段截肢,其余5例局部无复发,功能外形良好。结论病理检查结果是确定诊断与治疗方案的重要依据,手术仍是瘢痕癌的首选治疗方法。Objective To discuss burns,scar cancer′s clinical characteristic and method of treatment.Methods Review analysis was taken within 12 years 11 example scar cancer patient′s clinical material.Results 11 examples were the chronic scar cancers,ulcer 4 examples,cauliflower 7 examples,Besides 1 example scalp scar cancer,other patients moved to the skin grafting piece or the skin petal 100% survives,2 example amputation wound phase of cicatrization.8 example patients obtain the revisit separately in the technique latter 6 months-5 years,1 example in the technique latter 6 months because of the encephalic shift death,1 example died in the technique latter 5 years of other vigorous sickness;1 example heeled department scar cancer in the technique latter 4 months recrudescence,and invades bites the calcaneum,the good calf center-section amputation,other 5 examples did not have the recrudescence partially,the function contour are good.Conclusion The pathology check result might be determined that the diagnosis and therapeutic schedule′s important basis,the surgery should be still the scar cancer′s first choice treatment.
