黄石市场银耳中SO_2残留量的测定

摘　　要：采用碘滴定法测定了黄石市场银耳中SO2残留量。结果表明，从大型超市采集的受捡样品均无SO2残留，而从集贸市场和批发市场采集的样品均有SO2残留，最高达0．8259g／kg，最低量为0．01441g／ks，回收率为88．72％-90．10％．SO2 residues in tremella from the market of Huangshi were determinated by iodometric - titration method . The resuits indicated, samples from large supermarkets didn＇t remain SO2. But samples from fair trade markets and wholesale markets all remained SO2 ,the maximum content of SO2 residues was up to 0.8259g/kg,the minimum content was 0. 01441 g/kg , with the recovery 88.72% - 90.10%.
