摘　　要：要想成为一名优秀的图书馆文献编目审校,仅仅达到日常工作基本要求远远不够,还需要在实践中长期历练,在学习中积累提升,通过努力不断提高个人的专业技术水平和综合能力,增强心理素质,以适应网络环境下编目工作现代化的需求。Those,who want to be an excellent cataloging reviewer,should not only be satisfied with the basic requirements of the daily work,but also need a long-term experience in practice,a promotion and an accumulation in study.In order to adapt to the modernization of cataloging work in network environment,the cataloging reviewer should promote their own professional and technical level and the comprehensive ability,and strengthen their own psychological quality through the unceasing endeavor.
