工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校学生思想政治教育思考

摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式是高等职业教育一种新型的人才培养模式,这种新型人才培养模式既给当前高职院校的思想政治教育工作带来了有利条件,同时也带来了不少挑战。如何转变观念、更新内容、采取适当方法做好这种新型人才培养模式下的思想政治教育工作是一个亟需探讨的课题。the Learning-in-work Talent Cultivation Model is a new type of higher vocational education training model,the new Training Mode only to the current ideological and political education in vocational colleges has brought favorable conditions of work,but also brought many challenges.How to change the idea,renewing content,take appropriate methods do the ideological and political education work in this new talent training mode is a needs further discussing.
