高职院校辅导员角色边缘化问题调查分析

摘　　要：辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,其队伍建设是决定高校大学生思想政治教育工作能否顺利实施的关键。高职院校辅导员角色呈现"边缘化"问题,这主要源于辅导员工作职责不清、职业规划发展不佳、队伍结构不合理。因此,高职院校应明确辅导员是"人师"的角色定位,提高辅导员工作的实效性。Higher vocational counselors are the important parts in the teaching team.The construction of the counselors is the key for the development of students＇ ideological and political education.The problem of the marginalized role of the counselors is analyzed.
