长株潭两型社会建设高技能人才培养的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：湖南将先进装备制造和新兴装备制造产业列入优先发展计划,着力打造长沙世界工程机械之都及株洲、湘潭国家轨道交通与风力发电设备制造基地,2007年12月,国家确定在长株潭城市群开展"两型社会"建设国家综合配套改革试点。认真研究长株潭城市群高技能人才培养,对于促进"两型社会"建设具有重要意义。The advanced equipment manufacturing and new equipment manufacturing industry are given priority to the development plan in Hunan,where focused on creating the world＇s Engineering Machinery,changsha and national rail transport and wind power generate electricity facility manufacturing base with Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.In December 2007,the state defined in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration to carry out ＂two types of society＂to build national comprehensive coordinated reform pilot.The intense study on highly skilled personnel training in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration has a great significance for the promotion of ＂ two types of society＂ construction.
