摘　　要：介绍了风险及可操作性分析(HAZOP)的定义、应用范围、分析方法,并通过硫磺回收基础设计中的HAZOP中的一个节点为例进行分析。当出现温度偏差时,得到了其原因、结果及保护措施。介绍了HAZOP分析分为准备工作,过程讨论及形成计录的过程。说明HAZOP分析在基础设计中的重要性及意义。Introduced the definition,range of application and analysis method of the HAZOP,and took example for a HAZOP node of the sulfur recovery basic design.When the temperature deviation appeared,the causes and results and protective measures were analyzed.Introduced the process of the HAZOP,including the preparation,the discussion and the forming.The importance of the HAZOP was illustrated in the basic design.
