摘　　要：文章采用乙酸乙酯对皮革样品超声萃取,并经固相萃取柱制备试样,选取丙二酸二甲酯为内标物,建立了气相色谱-质谱联用测定皮革中富马酸二甲酯（DMF）残留量的分析方法。该方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,回收率为84.4%~95.4%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.9%,线性范围为0.05~50 mg/kg,可用于皮革或类似材料中富马酸二甲酯含量的检测。The leather sample was extracted with ethyl acetate,then the test portion was purified and concentrated by solid phase extraction（SPE）.Adopting dimethyl malonate as internal standard,a method of GC-MS for the determination of dimethyl fumarate（DMF） residue in leather material was developed.The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/kg,the values of recovery and RSD were in the range of 84.4 %~95.4 % and 1.7 %~3.9 % respectively,and the linear range was 0.05~50 mg/kg,thus the method could be applied to routine determination of dimethyl fumarate residue in leather and other similar material.
