摘　　要：开展创先争优活动,是党在新时期加强基层党组织建设和党员队伍建设的重大举措,对于全面推进中国特色社会主义各项事业的科学发展具有重要意义。对于一所学校来说,深入开展创先争优活动,是加强和创新学校党建工作的重大契机,能够为学校科学发展目标的实现提供根本政治保障。创先争优活动具有重大意义,提高创先争优活动的成效是迫切需要探索和解决的问题。The program of ＂ Excel in the Performances Activity＂ launced by the Company Party Committee is a major strategy in strengthening grass-roots party organizations and memberships and it is vital in promoting undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As for a schoool,we will launch intensive campaigns in primary Party organizations and among Party members to encourage them to excel in their performances and improve its effectiveness
