摘　　要：教务管理是高校教学管理工作的核心,教务水平的高低,直接决定了高校人才培养质量的高低。进入21世纪,现代信息技术飞速发展,促进了教务管理改革,我们必须采取多种措施,借助先进的信息技术,建立快捷、高效、规范的现代教务管理工作模式,实现教务管理工作的分散操作、集中管理、合作共享,从而提高教务管理水平,提升高校人才培养质量和办学水平。Educational adnimistration is the core of university teaching management,which determines the quality of university talents culivation.In the 21st century,rapid development of modern information technology has promoted educational administration reform,hence with such benifit,positive measures must be adoptted to establish a new working model of modern educational adminstration which is fast,efficient and nomative,achieving scatter operartion,centralization management,corporation and shares.And then increases educational administration technique,quality of university talent cultivation and level of running a school.
