摘　　要：文章在分析当前学生公寓的现状和特点的基础上,提出了一些有利于学生公寓管理工作改革的新模式。Based on the analysis on the current status and the characteristics of the students apartment was put forward on the basis of some beneficial to students＇ apartments management work reforms new mode.
