摘　　要：从细胞自噬、自体吞噬体、吞噬小体MHC-Ⅱ类抗原处理、TLR信号传导和细胞自噬对吞噬小体成熟及其处理抗原的调节等方面,就细胞自噬现象可提高病原菌在吞噬小体内的抗原呈递效率进行了综述。Autophagy phagosome can regulate the maturation of phagosome and its ability of processing antigen.This reviewed article is about that autophage can raise the efficiency of antigen processing in the phagosome from the aspect of cell autophagy,pathogenic bacteria MHC-Ⅱ antigen processing in the phagosome and TLR signaling.
