摘  要:目的探讨依达拉奉治疗脑出血的效果及安全性。方法将80例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉治疗,14 d为一疗程。分别比较两组治疗前及治疗后14 d和28 d神经功能缺损程度(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS),Glassgow评分,治疗前、后查血、尿常规,血浆凝血酶原时间(pro-thrombin time,PT),活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)和血浆纤维蛋白原(FG)、肝功能、肾功能、心电图。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后14 d和28 d的NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);Glassgow评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后血常规、尿常规、PT、APTT、FG、肝功能、肾功能、心电图与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良事件比较差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗脑出血能显著提高基本治愈率;依达拉奉治疗脑出血有效、安全。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of edaravone in treating intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods Eighty patients with ICH were randomly divided into treatment group(40cases) and control group(40 cases).The control group received the routine treatment,while the treatment group received additional edaravone treatment based on the routine therapy.The degree of neurologic impairment before treatment,at 14th and 28th day after treatment was compared between the two groups by the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS).The Glassgow grade,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FG),liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram(ECG) were recorded before and after edaravone therapy in the treatment group.Results The NIHSS of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P0.05) at 14th and 28th day after treatment.The Glassgow grade,PT,APTT,FG,APTT and liver function,renal function and ECG had no significant change in the treatment group(P0.05).The treatment group had no more incidence of adverse drug reaction than the control group.Conclusion Edaravone is an efficacious and safe therapeutic agent for ICH.It can significantly raise the basic treatment rate in treating ICH.
