脑梗死患者两种血清水平及丹红注射液干预治疗后变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死患者治疗过程中血清巨嗜细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、血小板活化因子(PAF)水平变化及其与患者血脂水平变化的关系。方法选择脑梗死合并高三酰甘油(TG)患者15例及13例TG正常的脑梗死患者为对照,丹红注射液治疗2周后,观察并比较治疗前后两组患者血清MIF、PAF及TG水平变化,并进行相关分析。其中,MIF、PAF通过酶联免疫吸附试验检测,生化法检测TG。结果脑梗死高TG组MIF、PAF水平显著高于脑梗死TG正常组,且脑梗死患者血清MIF与PAF表达水平呈正相关。丹红注射液显著降低脑梗死患者血清MIF、PAF水平。结论脑梗死发生与患者血清MIF、PAF的水平变化密切相关,丹红注射液可有效降低脑血管疾病患者血清MIF、PAF等炎症因子的表达水平,可有效治疗和预防脑梗死疾病的发生。Objective To Explore the relationship between the change of the levels of serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor（MIF）,platelet activating factor（PAF） and acids glyceride（TG） in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods We tested the serum levels of MIF,PAF and TG in the brain infarct patients with high level TG（n=15）and the brain infarct patients with normal TG（n=13）and observed the change of the serum levels of MIF,PAF,TG in those patients before and after the treatment of Danhong injection.The serum TG level higher than 1.71 mmol/L was diagnosed abnormal.The levels of MIF,PAF were tested by ELISA,and the level of TG was tested by biochemical method,then we analyzed the results.Results The contents of MIF,PAF were significantly higher in brain infarct patients with high level TG group than that in the normal level TG group,after the treatment of Danhong injection,the contents of MIF,PAF were decreased in two groups.Conclusion The high serum contents of MIF,PAF affect the development of cerebral infarction,and the expression level of MIF,PAF participated the cerebral vascular disease happening and oxygen deficit of brain are closely connected.So it is an important to prevent cerebral infarction by remission oxygen deficit of brain tissue cells.
