摘　　要：建立科学适用的绩效考核制度是现代企业发展的需要。文章介绍了高校后勤对不同性质的各分部进行绩效考核的重点以及采用的方法,使得企业中流行的"绩效考核"在高校后勤展现出更加优异的成效;提出了一些使"绩效考核"与高校后勤更加有效结合的合理化建议。A reasonable performance appraisal system is a key factor for the development of a modern enterprise. This paper introduces the actual performance appraisal methods based on the practices carried out in different branches of logistics group,Henan Polytechnic University,which makes performance appraisal popular and efficient in the Logistics of universities.At last,the author gives some advices on how to apply performance appraisal to the operation of logistics effectively.
