摘 要:动态能力能够使企业不断创造出新的产品或服务以维持和更新企业的竞争优势,适应动态环境,促进企业不断成长。但企业动态能力的关键驱动要素是什么,动态能力各要素之间关系如何?笔者基于国内学者的问卷调研样本数据,用结构方程模型对企业动态能力各要素与企业绩效和成长力路径关系进行实证分析。验证结果表明:组织学习是企业动态能力发展的关键驱动要素,发现了组织学习通过组织变革和组织柔性对企业市场潜力产生积极正向影响,并最终影响企业盈利水平和成长潜力,组织变革和组织柔性对企业战略隔绝能力有着积极正向影响,但战略隔绝能力对企业盈利水平没有影响力,且对企业成长潜在影响力也不足。The dynamic ability unceasingly maintains and renews the enterprise competitive advantage by creating new products or service,helps enterprises to adapt themselves to dynamic environment,and promotes enterprises to grow unceasingly.But what is the business dynamic ability's key actuation essential factor,and what is the relationship between various essential factors of dynamic ability? Based on domestic scholars' sample's second-hand data of questionnaire investigation,this paper by using Structural Equation Modelinganalyzes the relationship between the enterprise dynamic ability's various essential factors and the enterprise's achievements,the enterprise's growth strength.The results indicate that the organizational learning is the key actuation essential factor for developing the enterprise dynamic ability,discovers that the organizational learning through organization transforms and organizational flexibility positively influences the enterprise market potential,and finally affects the enterprise profit level and the growth potential,and the organization transforms and organizational flexibility positively influences the enterprise strategy isolation ability,but the strategic isolation ability does not influence the enterprise profit level,and it is insufficient to influence the enterprise growth potential either.
