摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展和大学毕业生人数的持续增加,毕业生就业市场需求逐步趋于饱和,高校毕业生就业形势仍十分严峻。为了做好毕业生就业工作,通过对近年来我校毕业生就业情况的初步调研,了解近年来毕业生的就业情况,在总结经验做法的基础上,提出促进毕业生就业的几点建议。With the development of economy and the growth of the number of college graduates,employment market demand is gradually becoming saturated.College graduates＇ employment situation is still very serious.our preliminary investigation to graduates＇ employment situation in recent years has been done in order to understand the employment situation and promote graduates＇ employment.The paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the graduates＇ employment on the basis of the former employment-promoting experience.
