摘　　要：提倡自主学习是近几年来我国大学英语教学改革的一个热点,而自主学习能力的形成受多种因素的影响。提高大学英语自主学习能力就要改变传统学习观念,使学生树立正确的学习意识;将对学生自主学习能力的培养溶入课堂教学中;全面了解学生需求,给学生提供必要的学习指导;拓展学生应用外语进行实践的空间,保持其自主学习动力。To improve the English learning ability will change the traditional concept of learning to enable students to establish a correct sense of learning;will have independent learning ability of students to integrate into classroom instruction;comprehensive understanding of the needs of students and give students the necessary study guides;expand the students Application of the space to practice foreign languages and maintain their own motivation.
