医学生特点分析及入学教育对策的思考

摘　　要：入学教育工作可以帮助新生解决入学阶段遇到的各种问题,有利于他们尽快适应大学生活,对于新生来说至关重要。医学院校应该结合医学生的特点,有重点、有针对性地开展入学教育工作。根据医学生的具体特点,通过灵活多样的形式加强医德教育工作,点面结合地开展心理健康教育,突出专业学习教育,为医学生更好地适应将来的学习做好准备。Orientation programmes are critical to freshmen.It can help them to solve different kinds of problems they would meet in their entrance stage,also it will help them adapt to university life as soon as possible.Medical Schools should carry out pertinent and targeted orientation programme,combining it with characteristics of medical students.According to the particularity of their future medical work and the current situation of their medical ethics education,medical students should receive orientation programmes,which emphasize medical ethics,of flexible and various forms.According to the specialty of medical students＇ mental health,conductors of orientation programme should pay attention to propaganda work,combining specific work with general work.According to the characteristics of medical students＇ study,the orientation programme should highlight professional education.
