医院HIS系统与医保系统接口方式探讨

摘　　要：目前，全民医保正在各地全面推进，我院是武汉市医保第一批定点医院，自2001年以来成功的完成了HIS和医保系统的联网，期间经历了医保系统的多次升级改造，顺利的实现了医院HIS系统与医保系统接口开发工作。本文通过对我院医保接口开发的几次经历介绍，探讨了医院HIS系统与地方医保系统联网的不同接口方式。以促进同类医院的开发利用。With the wide spread of social health insurance system, the 161st Hospital of PLA which was appointed one of the first batch designated hopitals by wuhan medicare bureau, accomplished successfully networking of HIS and Medical Care system Since 2001and implemented favoring interface exploiture of hospital HIS system and Medical insurance during several insurance system upgrade.This paper discussed different interface modes of hospital HIS system and local Insurance for Medical Care system unite net con- struetion according introducing exploiture experiences in our interface system of medical insurance,so as to promote exploiture for similar hospital.
