微波合成牛磺酸及反应条件的探讨

摘　　要：用乙醇胺法合成牛磺酸,第二步反应采用了微波合成。对微波输出功率、微波辐射时间和投料比3个因素进行了优化反应条件考察。得出在乙醇胺硫酸酯（A）与亚硫酸钠（B）的投料比n（A）∶n（B）=1∶2.0,微波功率40%（260 W）,微波加热80 min条件下,产物的收率达50%。较之传统加热时间25~30 h,反应时间大大缩短。Taurine was synthesized on microwave irradiation.Investigate from the three factors ：the microwave power,microwave radiation time and Molar ratio.The best conditions of microwave readiation was molar ratio of triethanolamine sulfate（A） and sodium sulfite（B） n（A）∶n（B）=1∶2.0,the time of microware irradiation 80 min,the power 40%（260 W）,the yields of taurine is 50%.Compared with the traditional method of heating a 25~30 h,this resulted in greatly reducing the reaction time.
