摘 要:提出一种基于小波多分辨分析的光谱信号基线校正和背景扣除算法,对原始光谱进行小波去噪,应用小波多分辨分析对基线/背景预扣除,并基于一阶导数进行峰形修正,得到符合实际的校正光谱.对叠加曲线背景和线性背景的模拟光谱数据进行模拟实验.结果显示:该算法可用于多种类型的基线/背景校正场合,无须分析样品成分的先验知识,无须选择合适的背景校正点,也无须背景信号分布的数学假设,可应用于各类谱图的基线校正和背景扣除中.On the basis of multi-resolution analysis, a new hybrid algorithm was proposed to eliminate the varying baseline correction or background of spectral signals, which is one of the main advantages provided by wavelet transform. The baseline/background has a low frequency. This method firstly split the signals into different frequency components, and then removes the varying low-frequency background. It is successfully applied to simulated spectra as an effective and practical tool for base- line correction and background elimination. Results show that it can handle all kinds of baseline/back- ground and low signal-to-background ratio spectra, and required no prior knowledge about the sample composition, no selection of suitable background correction points, and no mathematical assumption of the background distribution.
