摘 要:采用活性物含量不同的淀粉基表面活性剂替代液体洗涤剂配方中的部分LAS,通过体系复配比例的优化,实现淀粉基表面活性剂在液体洗涤剂等日化产品中的应用。探讨了NaCl对液体洗涤剂黏度的影响及其变化规律。结果表明,NaCl对淀粉基表面活性剂和LAS混合体系具有较好的增稠效果,体系黏度随NaCl的增加均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势。随淀粉基表面活性剂中活性物含量的增加,体系峰值黏度逐渐降低,达到峰值所需NaCl用量呈增加的趋势,且淀粉基表面活性剂较传统表面活性剂具有更好的耐盐性能。Starch-based surfactant (SBS) has potential application in daily chemical products such as liquid detergent. The effect of sodium chloride (NaC1) on the viscosity of SBS and LAS system was studied in this paper. Part of LAS in liquid detergent forndila was substituted by SBS with different active content, and the viscosity change pattern was discussed. Results showed that NaC1 has good thickening effect for SBS and LAS system. The viscosity of liquid detergent increased first, then decreased with the increasing addition of NaC1. The peak viscosity of liquid detergent reduced gradually, and more NaC| was needed in the formula containing SBS with higher active content. Compared with traditional surfactants, SBS has better salt tolerance.
