摘 要:屈服特性是W/O型含蜡原油乳状液重要的依时流变特性。利用VT550流变仪对3种物性不同的含蜡原油,在恒定剪切速率加载方式条件下,研究了其W/O型胶凝含蜡原油乳状液的屈服特性。发现凝点附近的W/O型含蜡原油乳状液形成水滴被包裹在蜡晶结构之中的胶凝体系,只有当剪切应力既能破坏蜡晶的空间网状结构,又能克服分散相液滴间的作用力时,体系才能够屈服产生流动,因此,W/O型乳状液的屈服应力明显高于脱水原油。当体积含水率较低时,屈服应力随含水率的增加幅度较小;当体积含水率较高时,屈服应力随含水率的增加幅度较大。并根据实验结果,总结提出了屈服应力与体积含水率之间的关系式。Yield is an important time dependent rheological behavior of water-in-oil emulsion of waxy crude oil.In order to study the yield behavior of W/O emulsion of gelled waxy crude oil at constant shear rate,three different types of waxy crude oil were studied experimentally by using RS150H rheometer.For the gelled system of W/O emulsion at the temperature around the gel point,water droplets are wrapped in waxy-crystal structure,flows occur only when the shear stress could breaks wax-crystal structure and overcome the attractions between dispersed phases as well.So,the yield stress of W/O emulsion is obviously higher than that of dehydrated crude oil.At a low water volume fraction,the increased of yield stress is small with increased water volume fraction;and vice versa,at a high water volume fraction,the increased of yield stress is large with increased water volume fraction.In addition,based on the experimental results a correlation is developed to describe the relationship of yield stress and water volume fraction.
