摘　　要：目的探讨70岁以上食管癌患者手术切除的可行性及手术效果。方法对我院2004至2008年的54例70岁以上高龄食管癌患者手术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果手术切除率100％，并发症发生率48．15％，2例死亡，死亡率3．70％。结论70岁以上高龄食管癌患者严格掌握手术适应证，选择恰当的术式，采取正确的围手术期处理，能够获得满意的效果。Objective To explore the feasibility of surgical resection of esophageal carcinoma in patients over 70 years and the clinical efficacy. Methods To anlayze the clinical data of 54 esophageal carcinoma patients over 70 years old who were operated in our hospital from 2004 to 2008. Results The resection rate was 100% ,complication rate 48.15% and mortality 3.70%. Conclusion If the indication is strictly controlled, the appropriate operative method adopted, right perioperative management performed, satisfactory outcomes in the patients over 70 years old can be achieved after resection of esophageal carcinoma.
