摘　　要：探讨了网络嵌入对企业创新绩效的影响,分析了网络嵌入中不同变量对创新绩效作用的交互效应,并提出了网络能力对网络嵌入与创新绩效关系的调节效应模型.实证研究结果表明:企业可以通过网络嵌入提高创新绩效;网络能力对网络嵌入中关系强度、关系质量、网络位置与创新绩效的关系产生正向调节效应,但它对网络规模、网络密度与创新绩效的关系不具有调节效应;网络密度对关系强度、位置中心度与创新绩效的关系均产生反向调节效应.It discusses the impact of network embeddedness on innovation performance, analyzes the interactive effects of diffeent variables on innovation performance, and proposes a model about the moderating effect of network competence on the relationship of network embeddedness and innovation performance. The empirical results indicate that enterprises can increase innovation performance through network embeddedness ; enterprise＇s network competence positive- ly moderates the relationship among relationship intensity, relationship quality, network position and innovation performance, but it has no moderating effect on the relationship between network size, network density and innovation performance; network density negatively moderates the relationships between network relationship intensity, position cen- trality and innovation performance.
