摘　　要：在现有研究的基础上,本文提出了合作创新中隐性知识转移引发商业秘密风险及其影响因素的相关假设并进行了实证研究,得出的结论弥补了风险理论的风险识别中对合作技术创新中隐性知识转移引发商业秘密风险及其影响因素研究的不足,并为创新型国家创建提供理论依据,最后指出了未来研究方向.Based on existing research, it proposes the hypotheses about trade secret risks due to tacit knowledge transfer in collaborative innovation and its factors, and verifies them by empirical research, and obtains many valuable conclusions. The results enrich the related research in the identification of trade secret risks of the risk theory, and provide theoretical basis to construct innovational nation. Finally, it points out the future research directions.
