摘　　要：在中国共产党90年的历史进程中,随着她所处的环境、面临的任务及内部状况的变化,其党章逐步完善与不断创新,再现了中国共产党从幼年走向成熟,从弱小走向强大,从革命党走向执政党的全部历程,记录了中国共产党思想理论和路线方针与时俱进的发展轨迹。中国共产党党章的历史变迁与时代创新,折射了马克思主义基本原理与中国具体实际相结合的曲折过程,反映了党对革命和建设认识的理论升华,彰显出中国共产党人开拓进取、勇于创新的可贵品质,凝结成为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的宝贵经验。In the course of 90 years,Constitution of the Communist Party of China has been gradually improved and constantly innovated with the changes of social backgrounds,historical tasks and internal situations.It reproduces the history of the CPC that has developed from young to mature,from weak to strong,from revolutionary party to ruling party,and records the development of the Party＇s theories and policies that keeps paces with the times.The historical changes and current innovation of Constitution of the Communist Party of China reflect the tortuous process of the integration of Marxist basic principles with the concrete conditions in China and the progress of our party＇s policies on revolution and construction,showing the initiative and creative qualities of the Chinese communists.All of these have been summed up as the valuable experience for the reform and opening-up and our socialist modernization drive.
