摘　　要：《黄帝内经》认为人体疾病的发生模式具有一定的规律性,其中较为广泛的疾病发生模式有5种,分别是:病生于运气;病起于过用;积微之所生;因加而发;亢害败乱。The Inner Cannon of the Yellow Emperor showed five kinds of model of development of the disease： ①diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor.②Overuse pattern： Eating excessive,excessive labor,emotions out of degree,drug overuse injuries,all can induce diseases.③gradual change model： the disease accumulated gradually and become noticeably.④diseases caused by the new pathogen ganging up with the long-standing pathogen.⑤diseases caused because the harmonious relationship of the five internal organs was destroyed.
