钛金属夹与肾上腺素盐水注射治疗Dieulafoy病的对照研究

摘　　要：目的对照研究内镜下注射肾上腺素盐水与钛金属夹钳夹法治疗Dieulafoy病出血的疗效。方法将63例Dieulafoy病出血的患者分成金属夹组(33例)和注射组(30例),进行内镜止血治疗。结果两组病例均即时止血,两组的再出血率分别为6.06%(2/33)和13.3%(4/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗相关性并发症发生率分别为0%和20%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用钛金属夹治疗Dieulafoy病出血具有设备简单、疗效好、安全性高、无并发症等优点,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the effective of hemoclip homeostasis and adrenlin - saline injection therapy Dieulafoy＇s lesion. Methods Sixty three patients with Dieulafoy＇s lesion were divided into two groups,hemoclip group （ 33 cases） and injection group （30 cases）, and underwent endoscopic treatment with hemoclipping or injection of adrenline - saline, respectively. Results Initial hemostasis could be achieved in all patients in the two groups with the rebleeding rate of 6. 06% （2/33） in hemoclip group and 13.3% （4/30） injection group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The treatment - related complication rate of the two groups was 0% and 20%, respectively. Conclusion Hemoclipping treatment for Dieulafoy＇s lesion is a simple - equipped, safe and effective method, and is worth to be extended for utilization.
