贝复舒滴眼液联合干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉

摘　　要：目的分析贝复舒滴眼液联合下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将48例(60眼)患者随机分为两组,治疗组为贝复舒滴眼液联合下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植组23例(29眼),对照组单纯应用下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植术25例(31眼)治疗,术后2年。结果两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组角膜创面上皮平均愈合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝复舒滴眼液联合下方自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉能使术后角膜创面修复快,复发率低是一种理想的治疗方法,值得推广应用。Objective To analysis the therapeutic effects of pterygium treated by Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop Form with the bottom limbal stem cell autograft transplantation. Methods 60 eyes of 48 patientes with pterygium were divided into two groups. The treatment group was which had 23 patientes（29eyes） treated by Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop Form with the bottom limbal stem cell autograft transplantation,and the other group（contrast group） which had 25 patients（31eyes） only treated by the bottom limbal stem cell autograft transplantation. All the patients had beenfollowed up 2 years. Results There was no significant difference in recurrence rate（P〈0.05） . There were had statistical significant difference in average healing time（P〈0.05） . Conclusion Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Eye Drop Form with the bottom limbal stem cell autograft transplantation can make the corneal wound repairing faster,and with lower recurrence,so it is a kind of ideal surgical method,it should be widely applied.
