摘 要:针对吐哈盆地鲁克沁深层稠油进行了稠化水调驱技术的研究,筛选出了合适的凝胶调剖体系配方:0.2%HJPAM+0.4%交联剂。该凝胶体系的成胶时间是34h,表观粘度为7976mPa.s;在40~67℃时体系成胶较好,较稳定;矿化度为47463mg/L时,体系最大粘度小于6000mPa.s。该凝胶体系通过多孔介质发生剪切降粘后,粘度保持率仍在70%以上。岩心封堵试验表明,该凝胶对岩心的封堵效率均在97%以上,封堵效果较好。采用该凝胶体系进行了驱油试验,吸水剖面改善率在85%以上,调剖后高、中、低渗透率岩心采收率提高值分别为:4.23%、8.72%、15.68%,组合调驱后总采收率提高了17.5%,比单一驱油时提高约6.5%。Profile control was performed on waterflooding in deep reservoir thickening heavy oil of Lukeqin Oilfield in Tuha Basin,the profile control system suitable for gel formulation was screened out,which included 0.2% HJPAM +0.4% crosslinker.Gelling time of the system was 34 h,the apparent viscosity was 7976mPa·s.At 40~ 67 ℃ its gelling time was better and more stable.When its salinity was 47463mg/L,its maximum viscosity was less than 6000mPa·s.When its shear viscosity was induced in porous media,the viscosity was still maintained above 70%.Core plugging experiments show that the gel core's blocking efficiency were more than 97% with better sealing ability.The gel system was used for displacement experiments,more than 85% adsorption rate is improved.After profile control,the recovery rate of high,medium,low core permeability increase 4.23%,8.72% and 15.68% respectively.After the combination of flooding,the total recovery rate is raised by 17.5%,it is 6.5% higher than single well displacement.
