摘 要:目的:研究小鼠是否与人类一样存在着利手(爪)偏侧性现象,比较不同利爪偏侧性小鼠对不同浓度的戊巴比妥钠药物反应,初步探讨利爪分布特点及其对药物反应差异,以及这种差异对临床个性化用药的参考意义。方法:成年昆明鼠96只,雌雄各半,观察小鼠抓取食物所用左右前爪频次,了解小鼠利爪分布;观察不同利爪小鼠给予非麻醉剂量戊巴比妥钠20 mg/(kg.周)前后10 min内自主活动的次数;观察小鼠给予麻醉剂量戊巴比妥钠60 mg/(kg.周)后翻正反射消失时间及苏醒时间;观察不同利爪小鼠戊巴比妥钠LD50实验;了解不同利爪小鼠对戊巴比妥钠药物反应。结果:小鼠左右利爪比例约为2∶3,不同性别小鼠之间差异无统计学意义;给予非麻醉剂量戊巴比妥钠后,左利小鼠自主活动次数显著低于右利小鼠(P<0.05);给予麻醉剂量戊巴比妥钠后,左利小鼠苏醒时间显著短于右利小鼠(P<0.01),而翻正反射反射消失时间差异无统计学意义;左右利小鼠戊巴比妥钠LD50实验结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小鼠的利爪差异可能导致生理及药物反应的差异,对该类现象的深入研究将有望为临床的个体化用药提供依据。Objective:To observe the effects of paw preferences on drug reaction to Pentobarbital sodium in mice.Methods:96 adult Kunming mice were separated into two groups(left-paw and right-paw)by skilled reaching test.Each group was treated with Pentobarbital sodium with sub-anesthetic dosages 20 mg/(kg·week),anesthetic dosages 60 mg/(kg·week) and followed by LD50 test.Results:The ratio of left-paw and right-paw mice is 2 to 3,and there is no difference between two genders.Spontaneous activities of the left-paw mice are significantly lower than those of the right-paw with sub-anesthetic dosages.Sleeping duration of the left-paw is markedly shorter than the right-paw with anesthetic dosages.There is no difference in LD50 test of Pentobarbital sodium between the two groups.Conclusion:The paw preference may affect physiological reaction to drugs in mice.The deeper study on this phenomenon may provide the basis of clinically personalized medicine.
