摘  要:为了探讨生理性咀嚼力对生物陶瓷人工骨(BGC)与骨界面结合的影响,在杂种狗下颌建立种植模型,采用光镜、扫描电镜、X线能谱元素分析和生物力学法观测界面骨生长与结合状况。结果表明:承力可使5月内界面新骨生长、改建和钙沉积延迟,结合强度降低,10月时此作用基本消失。作者认为这是于人工骨与骨端间存在的微动所引起,因此,临床上植入早期应行稳定的内固定,以保证人工骨与骨间稳固结合。In order to detect the effect of physical strain of massete on interface bonding, the mandibular implanted model was built.The method of LM, SEM, EDXA and biomachenic measurment were used in the experiment.The results showed that: during 3 months there exits delay of bone growth and remodeling as well as inhibitation of calcium deposition.The degree of bonding was decreased as same time.After 5 months the effect dispeared .The authors considered that there was results from micromove between the surface of BGC block and residual bone and indicated that stable fixation in earlier time of implantation was most important for osteobonding, which play a key role in substitute function.
