摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络口服液对凝血和血栓的影响。方法:采用实验测定方法。观察测定CT、PT、APTT、TT、PLT值及静脉内血栓形成情况。结果:活血通络口服液能明显延长CT、APTT,以及抑制血栓的形成。结论:活血通络口服液有一定改善脑血栓形成病人的高凝状态作用、对脑中风患者具有很好的预防和治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongluo oral solution on coagulation and thrombosis. Method： Using experimental determination methods to determine the value of CT, PT, APTT, TT, PLT and the venous thrombopoiesis condition. Result： Huoxue Tongluo oral solution can extend the value of CT, APTT, and resist thrombosis obviously. Conclution： Huoxue Tongluo oral solution can improve the hypercoagulable state of cerebral thrombosis patients. It has a very good prevention and treatment effect on stroke victims.
