显微手术治疗皮质中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤——附28例报道

摘　　要：目的：探讨皮质中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤患者的显微外科手术技巧.方法：回顾性分析28例经显微外科手术治疗的皮质中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤患者的临床资料.结果：本组手术均顺利,Simpson Ⅰ级切除16例,Simpson Ⅱ级切除9例,Simpson Ⅲ级切除3例,全组无手术死亡.术后均获随访6个月至5 a,无复发.结论：充分的术前影像学评估,精确的手术入路,娴熟的显微手术技巧,能明显提高皮质中央区矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的全切除率,降低复发率和并发症.Objective： To explore the microsurgical treatment for the parasagittal meningiomas in the middle cortex areas. Methods：The clinical data of 28 patients with parasagittal meningiomas in the middle cortex areas who underwent microsurgery in our hospital from July 2004 to Aug. 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：All patients were performed the microsurgical treatment, 16 cases of Simpson Ⅰ, 9 cases of Simpson Ⅱ and 3 cases of Simpson Ⅲ were operated without surgical death. Conclusions： Sufficient preoperative imaging evaluation, suitable operative approach, and gentle manipulation during the operations can significantly increase the rate of total removal of the tumors, and decrease postoperative recurrence and other complications.
