摘　　要：目的:探讨肾细胞癌组织中膜联蛋白-1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的表达情况及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测56例肾癌组织、20例不典型增生组织和16例正常肾组织中膜联蛋白-1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的表达情况。结果:肾癌组织、不典型增生组织和正常肾组织中膜联蛋白-1的阳性表达率分别为21.43%,35.00%和81.25%(P<0.05);碱性成纤维细胞生长因子阳性表达率分别为76.79%,45.00%和25.00%(P<0.05)。肾癌组织中膜联蛋白-1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.337,P<0.05)。结论:联合检测膜联蛋白-1和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对肾细胞癌的早期诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the expressions and the clinical significance of annexin-1 and basic fibroblast growth factor in renal cell carcinoma tissue.Methods The expressions of annexin-1 and basic fibroblast growth factor were detected with immunohistochemistry in 56 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissue,20 cases of para-carcionma tissue and 16 cases of normal renal tissue.Results The positive rates of annexin-1 were 21.43%,35.00% and 81.25%（P〈0.05）,and the positive rates of basic fibroblast growth factor were 76.79%,45.00% and 25.00%（P〈0.05） in renal cell carcinoma,para-carcinoma and normal renal tissue respectively.The expression of annexin-1 was negatively correlated with the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor（r=-0.337,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of annexin-1 and basic fibroblast growth factor detection is helpful to the early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
