笑气/氧气吸入镇静在儿童口腔科的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察笑气/氧气吸人在儿童根管治疗过程中的镇静效果。方法:选取患有牙髓炎或根尖周炎牙科焦虑患儿54例经患儿家长同意采取笑气/氧气吸人,通过患儿心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血压(Bp)变化,镇静程度差异评定笑气/氧气吸人对儿童根管治疗过程中的镇静效果。结果:50例患儿根管治疗顺利进行,4例患儿退出实验。吸入笑气前、后、根管治疗时脉搏、呼吸频率、血压均无明显变化,镇静评分三次测量均无统计学意义。结论:笑气/氧气吸人安全、有效,对于儿童根管治疗具有很好的辅助效应。Objective：To test the sedation effect of root canal treatment of children by inhaling N2O/O2.Method：N2O/O2 were inhaled by 54 patients of dental anxiety who were diagnosed pulpitis or apical periodontitis in our department and all the parents have agreed with it.To assess the effect of N2O/O2 inhalation sedation by comparing the difference of the heart rate、respiration rate、 blood pressure、calm score.Result：50 patients finished root canal treatment successfully,4 patients quited the experiments.No obvious diffrence of respiration rate、blood pressure were found before、after inhaling N2O/O2 and during the process of root canal treatment,besides there were no statistics significance according three times mensuration of sedation scores.Conclusion：It is a safe、useful approach with inhalation N2O/O2 for the root canal treatment of children.
