经导管动脉化疗栓塞与经皮无水乙酸注射联合治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察经导管动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）与经皮无水乙酸注射（PAI）联合治疗HBV感染相关性肝癌的疗效。方法收集2006年1月至2008年6月在浙江省舟山医院就诊的65例中晚期肝癌患者，按数字表法随机分为TACE与PAI联合治疗组（32例），TACE单纯治疗组（33例），对治疗的有效率及患者的生存率进行回顾性分析。结果TACE＋PAI联合治疗组有效22例，总有效率为68．75％，TACE单纯治疗组有效14例，总有效率为42．42％，两组差异具有统计学意义（X^2=5．26，P〈0．05）。联合治疗组治疗后1年、2年、3年的生存率分别为84．38％、62．50％和40．62％，单纯治疗组则分别为51．52％、24．24％和9．09％，差异均有统计学意义（X^2=6．13、5．44、4．79，P〈0．05）。结论TACE与PAI联合治疗肝癌的效果优于TACE单纯治疗。Objective To observe the effection and survival rate of transcatbeter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） combinded with pereutaneeus acetic acid injection（PAI）in treating primary carcinoma of liver associated with hepatitis B virus infection. Methods 65 patients in mid-advanced primary carcinoma of liver were recruited during January 2006 to June 2008. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups： combination and noncombination therapy. 32 patients were treated by TACE combined with PAI, 33 patients were treated with TACE alone. The effective rates and survival rates were analysed retrospectively. Results 22 patients in combination group were effective, total effective rate was 68.75%, while 14 cases in TACE alone group were effective, the rate was 42.42%, there was a statistical difference between the two groups（ X^2 = 5.26, P 〈 0.05）. The 1, 2,3 year survival rates in combination group were 84.38%,62.50% and 40.62% respectively, while in TACE alone group were 51.52%,24.24% and 9.09%, there were also statistical differences between the two groups （X^2 =6.13,5.44, 4.79, P 〈0.05）. Conclusions TACE com- bined with PAI therapy is more effective than TACE alone in treating HCC.
