摘　　要：NALP3是NALPs蛋白家族的典型代表之一,与Toll样受体一样广泛参与对病原体的识别,产生相应的免疫应答反应,与自身免疫病及其他非感染性全身疾病等密切相关。该文就NALP3的结构、分布和识别配体;NALP3炎性体的组成、活化与调控以及与NALP3炎性体相关的疾病几方面作一综述。NALP3 is a typical representative of the NALPs protein families. Similar to Toll-like receptors, it extensively participates in innate immunity as sensors of pathogens, resulting in corresponding immune responses. NALP3 is also closely related to some autoimmune diseases and other non-infectious systemic diseases. In this review, we mainly have a summary on the structure, distribution and identified ligands of NALP3, the composition, activation and regulation of NALP3 inflammasome, as well as on NALP3 inflammasome-related diseases.
