摘　　要：脑血管痉挛一直被认为是蛛网膜下腔出血后严重的并发症,鉴于钙离子超载在脑血管痉挛发生机制中的重要地位,许多学者致力于钙离子阻滞剂预防和治疗脑血管痉挛研究。其中,尼莫地平的疗效确切,被作为临床预防和治疗脑血管痉挛的推荐药物。现就尼莫地平治疗脑血管痉挛的研究进展予以综述。Cerebral vasospasm is always considered as a serious post-subarachnoid-hemorrhage complication,in view of the important position of calcium overload in cerebral vasospasm happening mechanism,many scholars devoted to the research of calcium ion blockers as prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm,among which,nimodipine with definite effect,is recommended for clinical prevention and treatment of cerebral vasospasm.Here is to review on the research progress of nimodipine as treatment for cerebral vasospasm.
