摘  要:通过近几年对学生整体学风状况的观察发现,优秀宿舍成员大多学习动机强,学习成绩优秀.而后进宿舍成员,大多学习动机不强,成绩较差。这一点在2007级临床医学专业学生身上表现尤为突出。通过对2007级进行问卷调查,目的在于探究学习动机的具体影响因素,探讨宿舍学风与学习动机是否相关。问卷调查结果显示,2007级学生学习风气良好,宿舍关系融洽,学生有较强的学习动机。同时,还发现正处于毕业前一年的2007学生,由于对就业与职业发展非常关注,学生心理压力较大。提出为保护学生学习动力的宿舍管理对策。Through researching on the overall academic atmosphere among students recent years , the members of best dormitory have stronger motivation and have more chance to be remarkable . Contrary to the members of poor dormitory, they have low motivation and study worse, Which is evident particularly in junior students. This questionnaire survey want to explore the factors which impact the learning motivation. ,and whether learning motivation is related to the dormitory environment. Survey findings show that the members of best dorm of juniors learn well and have strong motivation. At the same time, these students were very concerned about their future career. They have stress owing to the coming graduation.. Therefore, the article find the motivation.. which protect the students' learning
