摘　　要：详细分析了粉末涂装过程中漆膜耐冲击试验不合格的原因,指出不同的原因应区分对待,并采用不同的方法加以解决。为了降低涂装成本、提高产品的内在质量,预防是关键。The causes which induced coating film impact resistance defect in powder coating process were analyzed in detail.This paper indicated that the different causes should be distinguished and different methods need to be used to solve the problems.In order to reduce the cost and improve product inner quality,prevention is the key factor.
