摘　　要：目的:探讨基层医院进行小切口白内障囊外摘除术的效果。方法:选取需行白内障囊外摘除术的患者180例,随机分为两组:98例患者行传统的白内障囊外摘除手术,82例患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除手术,对两组患者的效果进行对比。结果:传统白内障囊外摘除组:视力<0.1的患者占5%;视力≥0.3的患者占65%;而0.1<视力<0.3的患者占30%。而小切口组:视力<0.1的患者占2%;视力≥0.3的患者占80%;而0.1<视力<0.3的患者占14%。结论:小切口白内障手术是一种疗效不错的方法,这种手术不需要缝合,术后恢复非常快,非常适合四川地区的治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of the primary hospital for small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery results.Methods Select the required line of extracapsular cataract extraction surgery 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups：98 patients underwent conventional extracapsular cataract extraction surgery,82 patients underwent small incision extracapsular cataract extraction surgery,the effects of two groups of patients Contrast.Results The cataract extraction Group：vision0.1 5% of patients;visual acuity ≥0.3,65% of patients;and 0.1visual acuity0.3,30% of patients.The small incision group：visual acuity0.1,2% of patients;visual acuity≥0.3 in 80% of patients;and 0.1visual acuity0.3 in 14%.Conclusion Small incision cataract surgery is an effective and good method,this procedure does not require sutures,postoperative recovery is very fast,very suitable for the treatment of Sichuan.
