摘　　要：司法领域的职务犯罪,其诱因主要体现在司法体制方面、司法机关内部管理方面及司法人员自身素质方面。司法职业道德作为司法职业内部的行为规范,具有预防司法领域职务犯罪的功能。The duty crime in judicial field mainly results from the judicial system, the internal management and the judicial personnel quality. Judicial professionalism as judicial internal behavior standards has the function of preventing the duty crime in judicial field.
