摘  要:天河口水库在除险加固前存在大坝渗漏、溢洪道未完建、3条隧洞洞身未完全衬砌及已衬砌混凝土碳化严重等问题,因此,需要采取相应的加固措施。大坝坝体、坝基和坝肩采用混凝土防渗墙与帷幕灌浆结合的加固方案,加固后,浸润线明显降低,渗漏量明显减少,防渗加固效果显著;溢洪道采用大圆弧泄槽且泄槽中间设隔墙的方案,并通过水工模型试验验证了该方案的可行性;针对3条隧洞及隧洞建筑物存在的问题,也分别采取了加固措施,达到了工程除险加固的目的。主体工程现已通过了验收并投入使用,其实践经验可为今后类似工程设计提供参考。The safety problems threatened the Tianhekou Reservoir,including seepage,uncompleted construction of the spillways,incomplete lining of the 3 tunnels and serious carbonization of the lining concrete,thus the reinforcement measures were adopted.The body,foundation and abutment of the dam were reinforced by concrete impervious wall and curtain grouting,so the saturation line was lowered and the seepage quantity was reduced.The large-circular-arc-shaped chute was adopted for the spillway and partition walls were set in the middle of the chute,which was verified to be feasible by hydraulic model test.As for the problems of the 3 tunnels and the relative buildings,reinforcement measures were taken accordingly with satisfying effects.The main work of the project was put into use and acceptance,and the experience can be referred by similar projects.
