摘  要:目的:建立同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮、甲酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、苯、乙酸丙酯、乙腈、甲基异丁基甲酮、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、乙酸戊酯、邻二甲苯的溶剂解吸毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法:采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸后进样,经CPWAX 52CB 30 m×0.25 mm,DF:0.25毛细管柱分离,FID检测器,气相色谱法测定。结果:14种有机化合物分离良好,相关系数均大于0.9995,各组分检出限在0.19-0.9之间,加标回收率在91%-107%。结论:该方法适用于同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮等14种有机化合物。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of acetone,ethyl acetate,methyl ethyl ketone,benzene,propyl acetate,acetonitrile,methyl isobutyl ketone,toluene,butyl acetate,m-xylene,p-xylene,amyl acetate ester,o-xylene using solvent desorption capillary gas chromatography in workplace air.Methods: The air samples were collected with activated carbon tubes、desorbed with CS2、separated with CP WAX 52CB 30 m*0.25 mm,DF:0.25 capillary column and detected with FID.Results: 14 kinds of organic compounds separated well,Correlation coefficients were larger than 0.9995,The detection limits of each component were between 0.19~0.9,The recovery were between 91%~107%.Conclusion: This method is suitable for simultaneous determination of 14 organic compounds including acetone in workplace air.
