摘 要:目的:了解深圳市龙岗区海产品、淡水产品及外环境水体中致病性弧菌分布状况。方法:采集深圳市龙岗区各酒店、超市、海鲜集贸市场等常见的海产品和淡水产品以及外环境水体共506份,通过实时荧光PCR法初筛后采用常规的增菌、细菌分离培养和鉴定方法进行。副溶血性弧菌产毒基因用PCR方法检测。结果:506份样品中共分离到副溶血性弧菌188株(37.2%),其中1株带tdh基因,非致病的霍乱弧菌74株(14.6%),其它弧菌42株(8.3%)。结论:要加强对水产品及外环境水体卫生监督管理。Objective:To know the distribution of pathogenic Vibrio spp.in marine products,freshwater products and external environmental water in Longgang district,Shenzhen.Methods: Five hundred and six samples were collected from common marine products,freshwater products and external environmental water at hotels,supermarkets and seafood markets in Longgang district,Shenzhen.Samples were preliminary screened by real-time PCR.Then they were enriched,isolated and identified by routine methods.The virulence factor of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected by PCR methods.Results: One hundred and eight(37.2%) V.parahaemolyticus,74(14.6%) non-pathogenic V.cholerae and 42(8.3%) other pathogenic Vibrio spp.were isolated in 506 samples.One V.parahaemolyticus with tdh virulence gene was detected.Conclusion: The surveillance and management of aquatic products and ex-enviromental water should be strengthened.
