人际情报网络与知识本体网络之间关系研究

摘　　要：人际情报网络是企业获取、分析和传播隐性知识的重要途径,因此构建一个科学有效的人际情报网是企业取得竞争优势的关键。为提高人际情报网络构建的科学性和有效性,对人际情报网络的本质进行了探讨,提出并验证了人际情报网络与知识本体网络之间的依存关系,指出人际情报网络作为情报载体人的网络是知识本体网络的外在表现形式,人际情报网络的结构和模式由作为情报载体的人自身的知识属性及知识之间的关系决定。Enterprises can obtain,analyse and diffuse necessary tacit knowledge through human intelligence network,so it is important for them to construct a human intelligence network.In order to improve the soundness of the human intelligence network,this paper,based on the researches on the essence of the human intelligence network＇s construction and evolvement,presents and tests the interdependence relationship between the human intelligence network and ontology.And this study also points out that the structure of the human intelligence network is determined by people＇s knowledge and the relationship between different knowledge.
